Hot from the presses: "In the week ending March 24, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 359,000, a decrease of 5,000 from the previous week's revised figure of 364,000. The 4-week moving average was 365,000, a decrease of 3,500 from the previous week's revised average of 368,500."
In my new column I write about how the mild winter spurred job creation, and argue that under our zero-bounded conditions this is just a straight-up win rather than a temporary run of good luck that will run out.
