According to today's Bureau of Labor Statistics figures, the New York metropolitan area (followed by Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta) added the most jobs over the course of 2011. But in percentage terms it was Ocean City, N.J., that took the prize with 12.9 percent growth in payroll employment.
