My working hypothesis has been that the ongoing End of Retail will lead a lot of mall space to be repurposed for health care facilities. The Cleveland area, however, is bringing us a wackier option as a portion of a mall is being converted to agricultural purposes through the installation of a vegetable garden. Urban farming seems to be all the rage these days, I wonder if mall farming will ever obtain the same cachet.
