Since my CV is by far the shortest on this roster of contributors, I’ll keep this quick.
I’m an associate at a law firm in Washington, where my work gives me a fair amount of time to ponder the nuances of administrative law. Before that, I clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. While my day job affords me no dearth of research and writing, I still write in my free time, penning the occasional legal analysis (usually for the Weekly Standard online ), and I’m perpetually working on a couple of law review articles on issues of administrative law.
Raised on the Mississippi , I’m forever a proud Hawkeye.
