Jan. 27: What I Ate. Look at All Those Colors!

Since I went to bed without dinner last night, I was starving this morning. Breakfast No. 1: Kashi Go Lean cereal with skim milk and banana slices.

Breakfast No. 2: Kale, garlic, mushroom, and provolone omelet; whole-wheat toast with jam and a tiny bit of butter (almost none was left); cantaloupe; coffee with skim milk.

Lunch: let’s-finish-the-berries-already smoothie: orange juice, banana, blueberries, blackberries.

And let’s-finish-the-lentils-and-brown-rice-already.

Dinner: a big salad. Look at all those colors!

Dessert: chocolates. See? I have a chocolate problem.
