In the upcoming mockumentary Tour de Pharmacy, HBO will be taking us back to 1982 to witness what was, according to Dolph Lundgren’s character in the new trailer, “a very fucked-up year for bicycle riding.”
Created by the same team that gifted us the brilliant tennis parody 7 Days in Hell, the film delves into the dark, ferocious, doped-up, and medium-stakes world of competitive cycling, where there are, to quote the trailer, “literally hundreds of dollars on the line.” Tour de Pharmacy stars Andy Samberg, John Cena, and Orlando Bloom and features a gloriously random grab bag of celebrity cameos—Danny Glover! Kevin Bacon! Mike Tyson! Our Lord and Savior Jeff Goldblum! Phylicia Rashad! Chris Webber!—all in highly questionable wigs.
