CBS debuted its reboot of MacGyver on Friday, and its most famous spoof, MacGruber, not to be outdone, is now making headlines of its own. The 2010 action-comedy, which arose from a very funny SNL sketch based on the 1980s TV show, may finally be getting a sequel, after years of speculation. The Lonely Island’s Jorma Taccone, who created MacGruber for SNL and directed the spinoff movie, teased a photo of the “Super Duper Rough” sequel script on Twitter, as well as a selfie with MacGruber himself, Will Forte (sans mullet):

The first MacGruber movie debuted in theaters to mixed reviews in 2010 but found new life as a cult classic and has sparked sequel rumors ever since, with Forte and Jaccone both saying they were on board. The films are based on Taccone’s series of skits in which Will Forte plays a MacGyver-esque character who tries to save the day using everyday objects—although unlike his namesake’s plans, MacGruber’s attempts usually end in an explosion.
