Two iconic voices of the Pixar universe collided Friday, as Tom Hanks stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote his new film Sully. The pairing did not disappoint: Before their conversation had finished, the two engaged in what Hanks dubbed a “Pixar-off,” with audience members covering their eyes and imagining an ensuing dialogue between the Toy Story series’ Woody and the Finding Nemo series’ Dory.
Perhaps inevitably, the improvised scenario found Woody searching for his hat while a clueless Dory offered her “help”—which is exactly what would go down if these two characters ever met.
