Orange Is the New Black’s Samira Wiley has left Litchfield and moved on to other projects, and that includes a five-episode stint on FXX’s comedy-drama You’re the Worst. Wiley’s character, Justina, gets plenty of screen time in a new trailer for Season 3 as she tries to help Gretchen cope with her depression while grappling with her own issues, which apparently include a less-than-ambitious boyfriend and a “thirsty need to Foursquare her every move.”
It’s nice to see that the new season is picking up right where Season 2 left off, particularly since the show has been hailed for the way that it has depicted mental illness. As the trailer reveals, not much has changed since we last saw Jimmy and Gretchen: They’re still dealing with their feelings, Gretchen is still struggling with mental health issues, and Lindsay is still pregnant (none too happily). And there’s plenty of sex and booze, for good measure.
You’re the Worst returns Aug. 31.
