Watch Muppet Band Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem Play Their First Human Music Festival

All-Muppet band Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem made their live debut in San Francisco over the weekend at the Outside Lands festival. The Muppets house band—which is made up of bandmembers Dr. Teeth, Floyd Pepper, Animal, Janice, and Zoot—played a 25-minute set that included the original song “Can You Picture That?” from the Muppet Movie as well as covers of the Beatles and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros.

The set also featured a fitting cover of “San Francisco” by the Mowgli’s, a version of “Ophelia” by the Band, and, interspersed throughout, shorts of the band exploring the city. The Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir even joined the band for a closing rendition of “With a Little Help from My Friends,” but evidently, the band’s night did not end there.*

They don’t call him Animal for nothing.
