The List of Free Ticketmaster Concerts Is Finally Here, and It Would Be Great if This Were 1998

If you’re one of the millions of customers benefitting from the Ticketmaster class action lawsuit, you’re in luck: The list of concerts eligible for free ticket vouchers is now available here. And if you also happen to be a time-traveler from the late ’90s or early ’00s, it gets even better, because the list of performances spans the musical stylings of, among others:

Barenaked Ladies
Blink-182
Boyz II Men
Darius Rucker (of Hootie & the Blowfish)
Goo Goo Dolls
Modest Mouse
Seal
Slightly Stoopid
String Cheese Incident
Weezer
Widespread Panic

You can even show your appreciation for the era explicitly by redeeming your voucher for I Love the 90s With Salt-N-Pepa.

Other old-school performances offered, like the Beach Boys and Bob Dylan, are great, but unless you live near Indianapolis, that won’t really mean much for you. (Notably, none of the venues listed so far are in New York City.) No one was expecting Ticketmaster to start giving away scores of Adele tickets, but the list, which goes through the end of October, looks a little grim so far, especially if you were hoping to see shows that might otherwise be sold out or crazy expensive.

To be fair, not every act Ticketmaster is offering is a blast from the past: G-Eazy & Logic, Pitbull, Halsey, and Fifth Harmony are all on there, and the list “will be periodically updated,” so there may be some pleasant surprises going forward. Just don’t hold your breath that Beyoncé will be one of them.
