Rob Lowe has accrued a massive roster of both film and television roles in the almost 40 years he’s been in the game, and last night Jimmy Kimmel put Lowe’s knowledge of those roles to the test in a rousing game of “Name That You!” Kimmel quizzed Lowe on his character names in everything from Tommy Boy to Behind the Candelabra—and Lowe got an impressive number of them right, able to identify even some of the more obscure parts from his past.
Though his memory is extensive, Lowe doesn’t quite manage a perfect score; after all, some roles are more memorable than others, and for every Sodapop Curtis, there’s a Decapitated Henchman’s Friend. And not everyone can be Kate Winslet, who aced “Name That You!” in February, successfully naming every single character Kimmel threw at her.
