Game of Thrones fans finally have a full trailer to sink their teeth into, with plenty of hints at what’s to come in Season 6. An earlier teaser, released in February, took us into the Hall of Faces to listen to some haunting words from seasons past.
This new trailer, despite its odd choice to use an acoustic cover of Chris Isaak’s “Wicked Game,” one-ups that teaser’s ominous tone with the promise of—you guessed it—violence and political turmoil. Jon Snow is, at least the trailer would have us believe, “gone.” Cersei and Jaime are out for blood. Daenerys is on the road again. And, oh look—there’s Bran! The new season premieres April 24.
