Rihanna and Drake Dance It Out in Back-to-Back Videos for “Work”

It may have been overshadowed by the socio-political awakening of Beyoncé and the much-hyped shape-shifting of Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo, but Rihanna finally dropped her well-received album Anti a few weeks ago. Its first single, “Work,” is arguably its most radio-friendly, with Rihanna teaming up with Drake for the third time (following “What’s My Name” and “Take Care“) on a dance track that highlights her Caribbean roots. The video is here, and lucky for Rihanna fans, they get two very different versions for the price of one: The first is directed by Director X, and the second by Tim Erem.

With “Work” poised to potentially dethrone Justin Bieber from Billboard’s No. 1 spot, the video(s) could not have landed at a better time. Both feature what we’ve come to expect and love about a Rihanna-Drake collaboration: A lot of dancing and, of course, a ton of sex appeal.
