Phineas and Ferb creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh have a new show coming to Disney XD—a comedy series titled Milo Murphy’s Law, which will feature “Weird Al” Yankovic in the title role. Additional stars on the cast will include Christian Slater, Vanessa Williams, Jemaine Clement, and many more. Povenmire and Marsh’s voices will also appear the show.

Milo Murphy’s Law premieres this fall, and will follow the fictional descendant of the namesake for Murphy’s Law, which states that anything that can go wrong will go wrong. So, as the original Murphy’s great-great-great-great grandson, Milo won’t have the best of luck, as he suffers from Extreme Hereditary Murphy’s Law condition. But the good news is he’s got optimism, a backpack full of supplies, and good friends to help him turn every disaster into a fun romp. He’ll also sing original songs—still voiced, of course, by Yankovic, who will also sing the show’s opening theme song.
