As perhaps the biggest movie event of the decade, Star Wars: The Force Awakens had a rather strenuous audition process, with stars John Boyega and Daisy Ridley going through months of screen tests before being signed on. Now, thanks to SNL, we have the movie’s other screen tests, in which heavyweights like Sofia Vergara, David Beckham, and Javier Bardem try to charm their way into the cast.
The most brilliant hypotheticals here? Danny DeVito as BB-8 and Jon Hamm as “Hamm Solo.”
