“Funny” is maybe the last descriptor one would apply to Adele’s music, but the singer herself has long displayed a kooky and endearing sense of humor. That humor was on full display in a recent BBC special, which saw Adele go undercover as “Jenny”—a nanny with a fake nose, fake chin, and fake strut—to join her fans in an Adele-impersonation contest.
Needless to say, the jig is up the moment Adele starts to sing, but everything preceding that is truly heartwarming prankery.
