By boldly emphasizing the power of sadness, Pixar’s Inside Out broke new ground for the feel-good movie. Still, it’s worth noting that the film’s premise—girl with little voices in her head becomes dark, brooding, and possibly dangerous—is ripe for another genre entirely: the psychological thriller.

Enter CineMash’s clever fake trailer, which reframes Riley’s story as one of an increasingly schizophrenic girl burdened by a new neighborhood and an oppressive family. The video was made by New York-based filmmaker Bobby Burns.
