In Our First Glimpse of Brad Pitt and Ryan Gosling in The Big Short, the Hair Rivals American Hustle

The Big Short, the film adapation of Michael Lewis’ best-selling book about the men who made millions off the Great Recession, has released its first tralier. The Adam McKay film follows four finance workers—played by Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling, Steve Carrell, and Christian Bale—who notice the tenuous position of the U.S. housing market just before it crashes and maneuver to make a profit from it.

One of the most notable takeaways of this trailer is that the hair here might rival American Hustle. It includes terrible dye jobs (Carrell), awkward salt-and-pepper bangs (Pitt), sad choppy bowl cuts (Bale), and swept-back curls so stiff they could pass for a helmet (Gosling). The Big Short comes out this Christmas.
