Hear Nirvana Jam Out on a Previously Unreleased Song for Eight Full Minutes. It’s Heavy.    

The Nirvana artifacts just keep on coming. After several previously unheard recordings leaked online earlier in August, another nearly nine-minute jam just surfaced, and Stereogum reports that it’s a previously unreleased Nirvana jam called “E-Coli.” The recording is all wailing, distorted guitars and pounding Dave Grohl drums until about 2:30, when a mumbling voice begins to drone in the background. And around the 4-minute mark, listeners will begin to hear some familiar-sounding screams. It’s rough, and it’s very heavy, and it’s hard to imagine any other band sounding quite like this.
