Key & Peele Reveals the Dark Side of Undercover Boss

Things tend to work out pretty well for most employees on Undercover Boss. The stealth supervisors typically gain an appreciation for the work that even their lowliest workers do, and so they reward their employees with promotions, raises, or improved working conditions. But what if one of those employees is just a bully?

That’s the premise of this new Key & Peele sketch, in which one worker (Keegan-Michael Key ) discovers that the new guy he’s been bullying is actually the company president (Jordan Peele). He quickly resorts to some serious backtracking and sob-story–telling, and we won’t spoil just how low he stoops.
