British New Wave, German Expressionism, Scandinavian Revival—these are all terms one hears in passing, usually from college film majors and upstart cinephiles flaunting their expertise. Said terms do, of course, denote actual movements in cinema, and CineFix’s latest countdown video is a fun ranking of the 10 most important such movements in history.
