Action Bronson’s Video for “Baby Blue” Is an Adorable Remake of Coming to America

Oh, that sweater.

Still from YouTube.

Mr. Wonderful, Action Bronson’s second album, wasn’t the only gift that the Queens rapper gave the Internet today. The video for his song “Baby Blue” was also released this afternoon as part of the YouTube Music Awards. It pays homage to Coming to America, with Bronson doing a full Eddie Murphy and playing numerous roles in late ’80s garb, down to Prince Akeem’s topcoat and multicolored sweater.

Coming to America takes place in Bronson’s native Queens, and Chance the Rapper gives a great deadpan delivery, including the line: “I hope you never get off Fridays, and you work at a Fridays that’s always busy on Fridays.”
