Some Clarification on How to Make Butter Better

Perhaps you’ve heard of ghee, also known as clarified butter. Perhaps you’ve even bought a jar of ghee at Whole Foods or your local equivalent, either because you wanted to make an Indian curry recipe that called for it or because you were experimenting with the whole butter coffee thing.
