Whatever you think of mad German auteur Werner Herzog, you can’t say he doesn’t have a sense of humor about himself. Following up on his self-deprecating cameos in things like Penguins of Madagascar and The Boondocks, Herzog made a brief appearance on Tuesday night’s Parks and Recreation, playing (what else?) a nihilistic, Bavarian-accented madman.
