On Friday, the Grammy committee announced the nominees for its 57th annual award show, which will air Feb. 8, 2015. We won’t know until tonight’s A Very Grammy Christmas special who will be nominated for Album of the Year, but the contenders in the major categories are below. (You can find the full list here.)
There aren’t many surprises: Sam Smith and Beyoncé—who is now the most nominated woman in Grammy history—lead the pack with five nominations each; Iggy Azalea and Sia both received four nominations.
We’ll update this post tonight when the Album of the Year nominations are revealed.
