Watch Jimmy Fallon and The Roots Do a Great Impression of U2

On Monday, U2 were forced to postpone their weeklong residency on The Tonight Show after a cycling accident left Bono with an injured arm that required surgery. But, as Jimmy Fallon’s many spot-on musical impressions (Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, and more) have proved, he has no trouble playing both host and musical guest on his own show.

Together with The Roots, Fallon—in full Bono getup and complete with Bono’s signature Jesus pose—filled in for U2 with an awesomely hilarious performance of “Desire” from the band’s 1988 album Rattle and Hum. It’s worth watching for Fallon’s fake Irish accent alone.
