Let This Supercut of Arcade Games in the Movies Transport You to Their Simpler Days

If you were a kid in America during the ’70s or ’80s, there’s a decent chance that Pac-Man was among the babysitters who watched you after school. As a tribute to the gamers of yesteryear, the Huffington Post compiled this supercut of arcades in the movies, using footage of more than 50 movies, from the comedy-Western Rancho Deluxe (1975) to Double Dragon (1994), inspired by the martial arts video game of the same name.

It harkens back to a simpler time, when hair was much bigger, Michael J. Fox was much younger, and glory could be yours for a quarter.
