Radiohead’s “Creep” has inspired many varied renditions, from the Pretenders to Macy Gray, Damien Rice to the cast of Glee. Tori Amos is the latest big-name artist to take it on, performing it as a haunting, piano-driven ballad during a show in New York City earlier this week.
Amos gets into it, building up to a pained, emotionally wrought climax. The crowd got into it, too, as evidenced by the wild cheers scattered throughout the performance.
