It’s worth carving out five minutes of your day to check out this great short film from South Korean animation house Alfred Imageworks. Without giving too much away, “JohnnyExpress” tells the tale of a deliveryman/slacker in 2150 tasked with delivering packages to different planets, and the unintended effects his work has on his customers.
The animation is beautiful and the tone balanced wonderfully between delightful and pointedly bleak. Enjoy:
