Jerry Seinfeld Talks to Tina Fey Over Cronuts

Crackle

Tina Fey is just the second female guest who has appeared on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, and her conversation with host Jerry Seinfeld does not cut as deep as his recent, wide-ranging discussion with Louis C.K., for instance. When he broaches the subject of female comedians balancing their “feminine projections” with their “comedic goals,” she seems to basically deflect the question. At one point, after Seinfeld and Fey have discussed who of the two is the more publicly opaque, Fey answers a question by saying, “How can I answer this and stay opaque?”

Still, it’s Jerry Seinfeld and Tina Fey, and they are as witty and pleasant as you probably imagine them to be. Also, the best story comes at the very end, and involves Chris Rock, Louis C.K., and a pair of Rolex watches with very funny transcriptions. So you might want to stick around (or just fast forward, if you prefer).
