Unlike many of his SNL peers, Chris Farley was not Canadian. Still, as others have noticed, the large Wisconsinite surely could have portrayed the bumbling Toronto mayor as well or better than any comic Canuck. The latest evidence is probably the best fake Rob Ford movie trailer so far, this one put together by Tristan Gough and starring, yes, the brilliant, late Chris Farley.
Add it to the long list of reasons we still miss him. (Farley, I mean. Obviously.)
