This “Get Lucky” Cover on Mario Paint Is Perfect

Get Lucky” may have lost the Song of the Summer battle—“Blurred Lines” has now topped the charts for 12 straight weeks, literally the whole summer—but it still has some legs. The latest and greatest example of this is this new 16-bit cover, painstakingly crafted with the old composer feature from Mario Paint.

What’s most amazing about it is just how faithful it is, from Pharrell’s vocal to Nile Rodgers’ groove. Make sure to stick around for the two robots’ parts at the end, recreated using dogs and cats, respectively.
