Google “Gay” Right Now

Google the word gay right now and you get this lovely rainbow-colored border around the search bar on the results page. It’s intended to celebrate LGBT Pride Month, which is held in June in honor of the Stonewall Riots, begun in the early morning hours of June 28, 1969.

Of course, today many Americans are celebrating a new hallmark in the gay rights movement, once again taking place in late June.
