Tomorrow night on Parks and Recreation, Patton Oswalt plays “a man who launches a filibuster to prevent a city council vote.” For the filibuster scene, the show’s producers asked Oswalt to ramble for several minutes about any topic. He chose Star Wars VII, and proceeded to outline for several minutes a possible story for the next Star Wars movie.
All of this was apparently improvised. And while I’m not crazy about the Marvel crossover idea, there’s some good stuff in here. More importantly, it’s funny. Enjoy.
