Don’t Hit the Snooze Button

The last time we checked in with the excellent YouTube series AsapSCIENCE, created by Mitchell Moffit and Gregrory Brown, they were explaining the science behind marijuana. Now they’ve tackled the snooze button. Should you hit it? Will doing so actually make you more tired?

Sadly, the answer is probably yes. You really just need to go to bed earlier.
