In honor of Red Nose Day, a biennial U.K. telethon sponsored by Comic Relief, Ricky Gervais has returned to his beloved character David Brent, the one-time boss of Wernham Hogg on the original Office, in a fun new short, which you can watch above.
Ten years after being fired, Brent seems to be doing all right for himself: He’s pursuing a music career, mentoring and supporting rapper Dom Johnson, while selling cleaning supplies on the side. Still utterly lacking in self-awareness, and yet somehow still a little endearing, Brent is a welcome sight—especially when he’s performing reggae on “Equality Street.” Enjoy.
