David Bowie has made only intermittent musical appearances since his last studio album, Reality, came out a decade ago. But this morning unexpectedly brings not only a new song, "Where Are We Now?," and video, above, but also word of a new album, which will be out in March. It is called The Next Day, and for now it is only available for pre-order on iTunes.
The video above was directed by the installation artist Tony Oursler. David Bowie, by the way, turns 66 today.
