Sesame Street actor Jerry Nelson died Thursday night, after voicing Count von Count and other beloved Muppets for 40 years. Nelson voiced the Count and other Muppets up until his death; the 43rd season of Sesame Street, starting in September, will feature Nelson’s voice as Count von Count in several episodes.

In remembrance of four (4!) decades of the Count, we decided to present the beloved Transylvanian doing what he does best.
