The Guardian of London reports that a bronze disc (pictured above) recently discovered near Putney Bridge in London is in fact a forerunner to modern pornography. Apparently the disc was once a token that ancient (circa 1st-century A.D.) Brits could use as payment at brothels in London (then a Roman outpost).
