Terri Gerstein is an Open Society Foundations Leadership in Government Fellow and a fellow at Harvard Law School’s Labor and Worklife Program. Previously she spent more than 17 years enforcing New York’s labor laws, including as deputy labor commissioner and as labor bureau chief in the state attorney general’s office.
