Mark Noferi

Mark Noferi teaches immigrants’ rights at Brooklyn Law School and chairs a subcommittee of the New York City Bar studying immigration detention. The Michigan Journal of Race & Law recently published his article “Cascading Constitutional Deprivation: The Right to Appointed Counsel for Mandatorily Detained Immigrants Pending Removal Proceedings.”
