Julie F. Kay is a human rights attorney who has argued for abortion rights internationally including before the European Court of Human Rights in A, B and C vs. Ireland, which spurred liberalization of Ireland’s abortion law. She is writing a book with Kathryn Kolbert, Controlling Women: What We Must Do Now to Save Reproductive Freedom, which will be released by Hachette in July 2021.
