It's much easier to find the motivation to go to yoga if there are goats involved.
Owner Lainey Morse started goat yoga on her farm in the Willamette Valley of Oregon as a combination of yoga and animal therapy. It's become so popular that there's a 600-person waiting list. The class takes place in a barn where "social goats" wander around while participants do sun salutations. As you can see in the video above from 60 Second Docs, these goats are lovable if also a little meddlesome: they will nibble on toes and yoga mats.
"It's really hard to be in pain and sad when there are baby goats jumping around you," Morse says. It's hard to argue with that.
