What if Queen Padmé Amidala from Star Wars got the biopic treatment in the style of Jackie?
Burning question, we know. Filmmaker Nelson Carvajal charmingly imagines the result in “Padmé,” a mashup trailer of Jackie and Star Wars episodes I, II, and III. Both, of course, star Natalie Portman. Carvajal pulls the audio track from a Jackie trailer, in which Portman recites lyrics from the musical Camelot, and fuses it with scenes of Padmé’s life. This would definitely give Natalie Portman her second Oscar.
