In this video we get a peek at what life is like in the well-known artist’s enclave in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The video itself is in celebration of the just-released Wynwood Coloring Book, which was designed by Wynwood residents for creative grown-ups (and artistic children). Wynwood, the neighborhood, is presented here as a rolling block party of art, music, and dance. Shandies in lawn chairs, games of oversized Jenga, muralists, colored markers—all in the heart of Florida’s most vivacious city.
The colorful and lively designs in the book look a lot like what we see on the Wynwood streets. Which, one imagines, is the point. Just bring your own colors.
