Gun Control Is Not a Partisan Issue

Polls show Americans support common-sense regulations.

After the Pulse nightclub massacre in Orlando left 49 dead—the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history—demands for common-sense gun regulations have intensified. But on Capitol Hill, the issue remains intensely partisan. Wednesday’s filibuster, which saw Senate Democrats plead with Republicans for almost 15 hours, was proof.

But is gun control, actually, a partisan issue nationwide? Not according to recent polls. Watch more in the video above.
