An Upside Down Waterfall

A violent storm brought a noticeable change to the landscape.

Earlier this month, the United Kingdom was hit by Storm Henry, a nasty winter system so powerful it disrupted travel and brought nacreous clouds to the country.

Perhaps more important, it also brought an upside-down waterfall. The folks at Isle of Mull Cottages captured a sight that seemed more at home in a sci-fi movie. The wind blew against the water with such force—at one point, gusts hit a high of 90 miles per hour—it forced the water back into the air. It’s quite a sight.
