Nutella Has a Hazelnut Problem

Nutella, topper of bananas and fancy toast, purportedly contains 94 hazelnuts in an average-sized jar. Meanwhile, the price of hazelnuts has spiked 60 percent this year, meaning that the 250 tons of Nutella sold every year will at the very least command a heftier price tag.
