A Night at the Flop-era (VIDEO)

The best dives of the NBA season, set to music.

For the first time this season, the NBA decided to crack down on floppers, warning those who exaggerate contact to deceive the refs and fining repeat offenders. As of the beginning of this week, 19 players on 13 teams had been cited for a total of 24 infractions, with five players being fined $25,000 each for excessive flop-itude.

How bad were the flops? We pulled some of the most egregious ones from NBA.com and cut them together with just the right musical score to create the 2012-13 NBA Flop-era. Enjoy the show. There will be no intermission.
